The training program meets the standards set by the Association of Master Trainers in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method. The objectives of the Association of Master Trainers’ facilitator training program are to provide the facilitator with a full set of skills, practice, theoretical background combined with the confidence and commitment necessary to successfully prepare and facilitate the workshops in a way that gives maximum value to the participants. The facilitators ability to first design the workshop and afterwards delivery the workshop is essential to achieve success with the methodology.

Rasmussen Consulting offers certification classes in multiple languages. Each trainer has been educated and certified by Robert Rasmussen as trainer-of-facilitators and conduct their training under the continuous supervision, support and control of Robert Rasmussen.

Sessions in English, Spanish, Japanese and French conducted by either Robert Rasmussen, Masao Isihara, Carlo Spellucci, Laurence Sato, Jens Rottbøll, Marie DuPont, Paquisa Mazzola, Jaime Lopez, Kristen Klassen or Jack Reimon.  All sessions are supervised and endorsed by Robert Rasmussen.
